Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Minimum 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you fail to give advance notice you will be charged for the loss and lose priority status when booking for future appointments. Please PLAN AHEAD. Please respect my need for proper notice.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without proper notice is a “no-show.” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment. If a "no-show" refuses to pay for their missed appointment, I reserve the right to refuse future services to them. No shows are a loss and the income lost cannot be made up except with this policy in place. If your schedule is unreliable, perhaps only schedule a day or two ahead of time. Thank you.
Late Arrivals
Please be a minimum of 5-10 minutes early for your appointment so that we can discuss your treatment and begin on time.
If you are late, your session will be shortened so that I can keep my other appointments as scheduled.
If you know you will be late, always come as soon as possible or your appointment will be charged half of the amount due for the service.
